From start to finish we helped document and capture the Parc Mosaic apartment complex in Boulder, CO.
We’ve been working for years with Tryba Architects to capture the historic renovation of this beautiful 1907, downtown Denver, building.
One of the Four Corners buildings in Denver’s financial and business district, the Ideal Building was originally built in 1907 and was reported to be the first major multi-story building to be built in reinforced concrete west of the Mississippi.
In November of 2017 the building was purchased by Harbor Associates. The building has been rechristened The Vault and is conceived of as a repository of local history, memories and innovations. The upper floors of the building will be reintroduced to the market in 2018 providing fresh, light filled floor plates for a group of carefully selected office tenants. The lower floors are being restored and improved to provide a home for either a market hall retail concept or a marquee anchor office tenant.
We're sad to see our friends & colleagues in the theatre & performing arts industry still continuing to struggle due to the pandemic, but it's still a treat to see our work in public.
We're certainly thankful to work with all of them.
Adams Visual Communications has been working on an exciting new project over the summer in conjunction with Tryba Architects and Milender White to capture the new, beautiful Park Mosaic Apartment Homes!
“Parc Mosaic Apartment Homes capitalizes on Boulder's location at the intersection of the mountains and plains to create an active, sustainable community with a strong connection to the landscape.
In addition to the 226 apartments in a variety of sizes and configurations, ten "outdoor rooms" throughout the property -- each with a different ethos and amenity -- extend the living space for residents.
A Zen Garden allows natural light into the below-grade 295-car parking structure. Resident amenities include a fitness center with climbing wall, multiple lounges, a yoga room, bike storage and an innovative indoor/outdoor pool. “
With millions of Americans and people world wide now self-isolating and practicing Social Distancing; how we communicate visually, specifically online, is more important than ever.
Because of this, video is uniquely situated to become
even more relevant and powerful than ever before!
Using the power of high-quality visual content to reach out to your clients, especially when you can’t meet them in person, is crucial amid this COVID-19 outbreak and beyond.
Working in a small team, usually 2-3 people, we can create new content that has the ability to reach an audience of thousands of prospective customers.
Perhaps you don't need to reach thousands, you just need to impress
a few, select decision makers? We can personalize video messages and
help make your presentations stand out from the crowd.
Either way, we can help communicate your messages with minimal risk to anyone’s health and safety in regards to the current outbreak. We also have access to a new Studio Space that is a perfect location to work on a variety of projects in a bright, clean, and private space.
Below are few suggestions of how video and photography can be used in various ways to stay in touch with your clients & customers during this time;

Like many businesses, Adams Viscom, remains open for business and we’re still enthusiastically committed to providing our same high-level of photo and video production services to all our clients during this outbreak and beyond.
With a focus and emphasis on everyone’s health and safety, we’re committed to doing our best to help our clients navigate this weird and uncertain time. Were also taking additional care to clean necessary equipment between projects and confirming our project teams are healthy and following all the updated precautions.
We’re currently offering various discounts and incentives to new and existing clients to help everyone through this unusual event.
A huge THANK YOU to all our existing clients for your support, and together we will all get through this. We look forward to continuing to provide the same level of service as always in the meantime.
Best,
Sam
We were recently tasked with photographing the neighborhood around and providing select lifestyle and location specific imagery for one of downtown Denver’s biggest development projects, McGregor Square.
We created several new images, and supplied several existing, achieved images to help meet this project’s needs. These images combined with a select few out-sourced stock images help give prospective clients a real glimpse at the downtown / ballpark districts.
You wouldn't usually think of going to pool in the middle of winter in Colorado, but at the Parc Mosaic Apartments in Boulder, the water's just fine.
25-METER SALTWATER POOL
Rejuvenate in Boulder’s only indoor/outdoor saltwater pool.
Heated for year-round enjoyment, there’s nothing like seeing the snow fall when you come up for air.

We recently had the opportunity to photograph the Denver Center for the Performing Art’s, World Premiere production of “You Lost Me”.
In 1828, 17-year-old Ann Harvey helped save more than 160 Irish immigrants from the wreck of a ship called “Despatch” off Newfoundland’s Shipwreck Coast, making her an instant hero. Almost 200 years later, the Harvey family homestead has become the Shipwreck Inn, where present-day proprietress Ann Harvey attempts to leave her own mark (and get some new customers) with a tourist blog. Her nephew Joe-L, on the other hand, would do anything to get off the island and start a new life somewhere else.

Back when it was still hot outside, we were inside helping the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and Off-Center create some cool marketing material to help promote Denver’s newest holiday experience, Camp Christmas!
The concept was to create an image of title treatment that you see on the show page into a real-life display. Thanks to the incredibly hard work of Lonnie Hanzon of Hanzon Studios who transformed the type treatment into a real-life 3D display!
We used the Tether Tools Case Air to wirelessly transmit images to our iPad for review by the art director and creative team.
The main image was lit using three lights; one overhead to light the seamless and tree branch from above. The other two lights we create an even light across the letter faces and objects.
One of six billboards around town to promote the event! Also, on the sides of some RTD buses, and pole banners around Denver!
We recently had the opportunity to capture Boulder’s newest luxury apartment homes. These studio, one, two, & three bedroom units are redefining what “apartment living” really means with their sleek, modern interiors and appliances, to their incredible amenity spaces.
We just finished photographing the new amenity spaces and will have an update on those soon!

We were thrilled earlier this year when we were asked to help a new startup gym launch this past summer. Built around the growing popularity of parkour, crossfit, and the TV show American Ninja Warrior their obstacle course training gyms were one of a kind. Especially in their emphasis on creating a fun and challenging environment for everyone, and especially. Our task was to document the grand opening and create a collection of photo and video content to help the company launch their first three locations, two in CO and one in TX. and draw in both youth and adult participants.
We created a series of 5+ videos and dozens of still images to promote their opening and help with creating marketing content for their website, promotions, PR, social media, and other uses. The videos reached a combined 100K+ viewers within the first 6 months of opening.

Had such a great time capturing the grand opening of @oneninjanation this weekend! It was incredible to see how many people of all ages showed up and had an amazing time.
We LOVE IT when clients give us the opportunity to capture and create wide variety of content from architectural and action photography to event and commercial videography with some aerial action thrown into the mix! Thanks for the opportunity #ninjanation!
Working directly with the client to capture architectural models and using the @tethertools air case to wirelessly transfer images to my iPad for detailed review. Simply lit with a single Alien Bee 800 with a shoot thru umbrella to soften the light on the model but still leaving some shadow definition.
Testing out a few new rig configurations and my new @rodemic wireless lav mic setup for some up-coming projects. Looking and sounding great so far!
