Washington DC, Virginia, & Maryland Property Tours

Had the great opportunity to work in the Washington, DC, Arlington, VA, and Chevy Chase, MD areas a few weeks ago. We captured 360 Scans and LiDar data of well over 50K SqFt of commercial real estate property at five different properties in the region. The data and 360 tours were captured on the Matterport platform utilizing the latest Pro 3 camera.

Can’t wait for the opportunity to re-capture these spaces once they’re completed in the future!

Salt Lake City Architectural Photography

We had a great time photographing Salt Lake City’s newest, large commercial office building; 650 Main.

While we’re working through the images for the client at the moment, here is a beautiful shot of the Utah Capitol Building the morning of our departure from the project, as well as a handful of behind the scene’s shots.

Fremont Residences / Courtyard and Pool

Looking back at some past projects, here’s a fun and challenging project we got to work on; The Fremont Apartment Residences in Aurora, Colorado in September of last year for Tryba Architects. We’ll showcase some more images later, but here’s one of my favorites from that evening -

While we were capturing several other views of the beautiful inner courtyard and pool area down below, we positioned a remote camera on the rooftop. Setup on a small tripod and triggered with an intervalometer to capture additional images at the same time.

New Work - Parc Mosaic Apartment Homes

Adams Visual Communications has been working on an exciting new project over the summer in conjunction with Tryba Architects and Milender White to capture the new, beautiful Park Mosaic Apartment Homes!

“Parc Mosaic Apartment Homes capitalizes on Boulder's location at the intersection of the mountains and plains to create an active, sustainable community with a strong connection to the landscape. 

In addition to the 226 apartments in a variety of sizes and configurations, ten "outdoor rooms" throughout the property -- each with a different ethos and amenity -- extend the living space for residents. 

A Zen Garden allows natural light into the below-grade 295-car parking structure. Resident amenities include a fitness center with climbing wall, multiple lounges, a yoga room, bike storage and an innovative indoor/outdoor pool. “

New Work - McGregor Square

We were recently tasked with photographing the neighborhood around and providing select lifestyle and location specific imagery for one of downtown Denver’s biggest development projects, McGregor Square.

We created several new images, and supplied several existing, achieved images to help meet this project’s needs. These images combined with a select few out-sourced stock images help give prospective clients a real glimpse at the downtown / ballpark districts.

New Work - Pool Time in February?

You wouldn't usually think of going to pool in the middle of winter in Colorado, but at the Parc Mosaic Apartments in Boulder, the water's just fine.

We recently had the opportunity to capture Boulder’s newest luxury apartment homes. These studio, one, two, & three bedroom units are redefining what “apartment living” really means with their sleek, modern interiors and appliances, to their incredible amenity spaces.
