“Park Towne Place Museum District Residences is once again a premier multi-family community in Philadelphia’s Center City.
Composed of four, 18-story towers arranged around a central courtyard, the mid-century property has earned a place on the National Register of Historic Places. Owner Aimco enlisted Tryba to revitalize the community for a new generation while maintaining its historical integrity.
In addition to preservation, Tryba’s work included creating new openings and circulation paths, restoring the building envelope and underground parking structure, and renovating and reconfiguring all 943 units. Additionally, Tryba reimagined the community’s amenities, including a 20,000 SF retail center and swim club. ”
